Internationally recognized specialist of legislation information management systems joins the Irosoft team

Montreal, Quebec, Canada - October 3, 2007 - Irosoft is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Ed Hicks as Business Development Director for its Legislation Information Management System (LIMS) product line.

The company founders, Alain Lavoie and René-Luc Morin, singled out Mr. Hicks because of his established international reputation and his expertise in the unique field of government legislation drafting and publishing.

Mr. Hicks has developed or co-developed three legislation processing systems for Canadian governments and has been involved in several others. He has often been called upon as an expert speaker at international conferences to address the complex topic of legislation processing systems. He has also assisted governments in Slovakia and Ukraine in improving their own legislation processing systems.

"Ed Hicks has a very impressive background and has an international reputation in his field. He is a lawyer, a legislative drafter and a computer specialist with 35 years of experience. We are very confident he will have a significant contribution to the development of our LIMS product line " said Mr. Lavoie.

Mr. Hicks is on an interchange program from the Canadian government and will be responsible for all promotional and sales efforts of Irosoft-LIMS at the national and international level.
