DocUnik is an indispensable tool for guaranteeing the uniqueness of files held in large corporations, government organizations or small businesses, whether as an extraction tool for reference files in the preliminary stage of setting up a document management system or as a tool for the regular pruning of files stored on different employee workstations.

BOTL (pronounced "bottle")

BOTL is a set of techno-linguistic tools, which can be integrated into the document management solutions that we recommend to our clients. These tools offer considerable added value in terms of functionality and user-friendliness.

Among other functionality, BOTL includes:

• an XML and SGML editor
• a tool that analyzes text and automatically creates cross-references between documents using hyperlinks
• a proven search engine that finds documents or parts of documents that correspond to a user's natural-language query
• tools to enhance user queries

Some of this technology has already been integrated successfully into our document management solutions used by our clients.

I-Doc

Over the years, and throughout our research and development activities, we have created complex tools for processing documents based on proven methodology and advanced document structure. We have combined these three aspects under the name I-doc, which stands for "Intelligent Document".

I-doc technology can be used to process documents that change their structure and content over time and whose various versions are of equal importance.

This new I-doc technology can be used specifically in companies and organizations dealing with law, pharmaceuticals and accounting, and more generally in all sectors with scientific and technical documentation.
