The Paperless Meetings - Docuthèque module is a dedicated software used to prepare and hold paperless meetings.
It allows you to:

• automatically create agendas when supporting documents are deposited;
• append encrypted handwritten signatures to documents;
• browse in supporting documents using a dynamic agenda;
• annotate documents online;
• assign access privileges to your annotations;
• consult archived council meetings;
• search for resolution details;
• decrease document preparation and publishing time.

Easy to use

Management, consultation and research tasks are performed via a user-friendly Web interface that enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with the application.

Signatures

The encryption of your handwritten signature is a secure process supervised by an administrator or other assigned officer. Once your handwritten signature is encrypted, you can append it to any document.
