A Message from our President and our Vice-President to our Customers
Montreal, April 16, 2020 – In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important that every one of us takes the necessary measures to help contain the virus and that we collectively work together to get through this crisis as best we can. Therefore, as early as March 13, we have implemented actions, including closing our office, to limit the spread of the virus and ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
For our Employees
Since March 13, our staff has ensured the continuity of our operations, working remotely from home, so that our solutions remain available and efficient for our customers. We communicate with our employees on a daily basis to keep them informed of the evolution of the pandemic and the reinforcement measures that the governments have put in place, while reminding them of the sanitary practices that need to be followed. Our human resources department regularly follows up with employees in special situations to protect our teams and their families. We are able to support them, wherever they may be.
For our Customers
We contacted our customers right at the beginning of the pandemic to assure them of our ability to maintain our services, and we are still able to do so effectively by adhering to our succession plan and our business continuity plan.
In addition, we can help our customers transition their operations to telecommuting thanks to our extensive experience in digital transformation. Furthermore, we can protect their critical documents by uploading them into Docuthèque (in SAAS mode), our legally secure document management solution.
For the Community
Recognizing the challenges that our governments and the public have to face, we have approached numerous government agencies, community organizations, and citizens’ associations to propose various solutions that would improve the lives of our fellow citizens.
In addition, we are offering support to various organizations to process available information using our artificial intelligence solutions. We are convinced that we could quickly identify issues and trends that need to be considered in order to better intervene with various clienteles.
Our Management
Our management team holds daily meetings to closely monitor events and be ready to deal with them as quickly as possible. We are committed to doing everything we can to help our employees, our customers, and our community get through this difficult period.
